In that unlikely event, we’ll leave it at the doorstep or at your concierge if they accept perishable items. We’ll even have our delivery person take a picture to confirm delivery so you know it reached its destination.

Its unlikely, but it can happen…If you are uncertain, get the flowers delivered to an alternative address and you can take care of it from there.

Yes, we delivery 365 days a year in the Greater Toronto Area.

Prior to checkout there is a special delivery instructions box. Make sure to let us know if the delivery is to a basement, side door or if there is a dog on premise.

We try to avoid delayed deliveries as much as humanly possible, but unfortunately, weather is sometimes beyond our control! As a result, we cannot claim responsibility for any weather-related delays….sorry

Let us know at checkout so we can accommodate. But listen, if it’s like a life threateningly serious allergy, let us know directly. If we think it’s not possible to keep your blooms 100% allergy free, we reserve the right to decline your order.

In some cases, some blooms can last up to 2 weeks after delivery, but it’s an average of 5 to 7 days when care instructions are followed properly. Also, in case you want to know, the flower stems are secured in special moistened wrap that’ll continue feeding the flowers in transit.

Our flowers are so fresh, they’re not even fully bloomed yet. That means they last longer. The flowers can last up to weeks when cared for.

For your Bouquets to bloom as full, and as long as possible follow our Flower care instructions. We also provide flower food in every delivery.

Stem length varies depending on flower type. For instance, ranunculus are small and delicate flowers with shorter stems, while lilies have thick stems and can be much taller. On average stem length will be about 18-19 inches. Roses will typically fall right in this range.

Price includes: Delivery, Flower Food, Flower Care Instructions, Personalized Message and of course the Bouquet.

We accept all major credit cards. You can save your credit card to your account, for convenience for future deliveries.

There is no way for us to swap out payment methods after an order has already been placed.

On the final page of checkout, will be text that reads “Coupon". Enter the promo code you want to use in this box.

First time customers can receive a discount by signing up to our newsletter which gives you a percentage off of your total. We cannot combine discount offers.

An expired promo code will no longer work on the site. So make sure to check the expiration date.

While we strive to always deliver beautiful fresh blooms, flowers are unpredictable by nature. We know it is possible that COMPASSION FLOWERS will not be perfect 100% of the time, but we always want our customers to have a perfect experience. We stand behind our customers and want to make sure you’re happy with COMPASSION FLOWERS and our flowers! This means we will provide an equivalent store credit or replacement when appropriate.

Yes, A small service fee covers the cost of arrangements.
