What is the cut-off time for same day delivery? ▼
To qualify for same day delivery, orders must be placed by 10:00 AM. Orders received after 10:00 AM will be scheduled for the next available delivery window.
Is there a delivery fee? ▼
We currently are offering a promotion where delivery fees is only $7 within the GTA & surrounding areas. The applicable fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Do you deliver outside the GTA? ▼
We primarily serve the Greater Toronto Area. If you're outside our standard zone, please reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if no one is home at the time of delivery? ▼
Our delivery team will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered location and notify the recipient. For sensitive arrangements, we may contact you to reschedule.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time? ▼
We offer morning and afternoon delivery windows. For time-sensitive deliveries such as funeral services, please contact us directly so we can prioritize your order.
