Description
The Bromeliad (Bromeliaceae) is a vibrant tropical plant known for its striking, long-lasting flowers and unique rosette-shaped foliage. Native to the rainforests of South America, it thrives in warm, humid environments. Indoors, it remains compact, typically growing between 1 to 3 feet tall, making it a perfect decorative plant for bright spaces.

LIKES: Loves bright, indirect light but can tolerate some direct morning sunlight. Thrives in warm, humid conditions and benefits from occasional misting.
DISLIKES: Doesn’t tolerate cold drafts or prolonged low light, which can weaken its vibrant colors. Overwatering and soggy soil can lead to root rot.
HEALTH BENEFITS: Helps improve air quality by removing toxins and increasing humidity, making it great for dry indoor environments.
WATERING AND FEEDING: Water by filling the central cup (the natural reservoir in the center of the plant) and refresh it regularly to prevent stagnation. Keep the soil lightly moist but not waterlogged. Use a diluted liquid fertilizer every 1-2 months during the growing season.
